Marlboro High School wrapped up Mental Health Awareness Month with a fantastic finale! Throughout May, the school hosted various programs and activities to promote mental health and well-being. On May 31, the PTSA generously donated ice cream and other frozen treats for an ice cream social, giving students a sweet opportunity to relax and connect with their peers.

Let's hear it for the Marlboro Varsity Girls Golf team, which earned the Section IX Team Champion title this season! The win was extra special for Coach Gary Trapani, not only because it was the first sectional championship won by any Marlboro golf team ever, but his daughter, Grade 8 student Alexa Trapani, finished in third place overall, which will go down in school history as one of the best finishes ever. Congratulations

This is a reminder that the Marlboro Central School District will be closed on Monday, May 27, in honor of Memorial Day. In addition, Friday, May 24, is a snow day "give back" day and schools will be closed. Enjoy the time off and please keep in mind all those who served and sacrificed their lives in the armed forces.
