Faith Nannini, a dedicated PTA parent and school board member of the Marlboro Central School District (MCSD), has received the Ulster County School Boards Association (UCSBA) Distinguished Friend of Education Award. The annual award recognizes residents from the county’s school districts and Ulster BOCES for their dedication and commitment to students and schools.

MCSD Board of Education member Karen Brooks presented the award to Nannini at the UCSBA’s annual dinner on May 26 at the Best Western in Kingston.

Nannini has been an integral part of the Marlboro PTA for more than a decade and is now a devoted school board member. She is constantly proving her commitment and dedication to the District, and to all of the stakeholders throughout the Marlboro community.

As a sitting member/officer of the PTA, and now through her latest role as a Board of Education member, Nannini is constantly demonstrating her dedication and commitment to students, teachers, staff members, parents, and guardians. She has selflessly given her time to the District for the betterment of all stakeholders, and truly deserves this recognition.
