Registration Form
All Parents can gain access to the portal by filling out the Parent Registration Form (English Version) or Parent Registration Form (Spanish Version) and returning it to the Central Office attention Tabatha Seeland, which is located at 21 Milton Turnpike, Suite 100 Milton NY 12547. Students can drop off the form or the form can be faxed to (845) 795-5906. You may be contacted to verify your identity before an account is created.
