The Marlboro High School Drama Club is proud to present 12 Angry Jurors, a powerful courtroom drama written by Reginald Rose. The production will take place in the Marlboro High School Auditorium on Friday, November 7 at 7 PM; Saturday, November 8 at 2 PM and 7 PM; and Sunday, November 9 at 2 PM.
Adapted from Rose’s classic teleplay 12 Angry Men, 12 Angry Jurors brings together a diverse group of individuals tasked with determining the fate of a young defendant accused of a crime. As tensions rise and personal biases come to light, the jurors must confront their own preconceptions and work toward a just verdict. The play’s themes of justice, truth, and civic duty remain as relevant today as when it was first written.
Marlboro’s production is being directed by Zach Povall, with assistant direction by Eric Braunstein and technical direction by Michael Werba.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for students, staff, and seniors, and can be purchased at the door or online.
Performances will be held at Marlboro High School Auditorium, which is located at 50 Cross Road, in Marlboro.
Community members are invited to attend and support the talented student cast and crew as they bring this thought-provoking drama to life.
