A senior wearing a cap and gown

Marlboro High School seniors took a stroll down memory lane last week, as they walked through the hallways of Marlboro Elementary School (MES) wearing their newly issued caps and gowns.

The Grade 12 students—many of whom began their educational journeys at MES—were all smiles as they greeted their former teachers and reminisced about the time they had spent within their earliest classrooms.

Our youngest Dukes were ready for the Class of 2022, having lined the hallways and sidewalks armed with handmade congratulatory signs and offering praise or high-fives.

Before departing from their old stomping grounds, the soon-to-be graduates paused for a group photo on the large hill in front of the school. It’s sure to be a day they won’t soon forget!
