Students speak with a college representative

Marlboro High School students explored the many directions their future paths could take during a recent College and Career Fair, held in the gymnasium on October 4. Thanks to the Guidance Office’s careful planning, students had the opportunity to engage in conversations with a variety of representatives—including those from two and four-year colleges, technical and trade schools, and branches of the military. In addition, representatives from Sono-Tek Corporation discussed various opportunities in technology that they offered at their Milton-based manufacturing company. There was truly something for everyone!

Fair-goers were eager to talk with the representatives at length about any questions on their minds, including available majors, admissions requirements, sports, and even food options. Everyone left armed with much insight into the variety of choices they have, including college programs, campus atmospheres, careers, and more.

Future pathways and career goals were the hot topics of the day, and the Dukes were ready to jump right in!
