We are thrilled to share that Marlboro High School’s very own Thomas Rusk has been recognized as a semifinalist in this year’s National Merit Scholarship competition!
This program is an annual academic competition among high school students for recognition and college scholarships. Students who are U.S. citizens, who plan to go to college, and who take the Preliminary SAT (PSAT) in October of their junior year are eligible to receive National Merit distinctions and scholarships through the program.
Thomas’s PSAT score made him eligible to continue in the program and he is now in the process of completing an application that will allow him to be considered for a National Merit Scholarship.
This incredible achievement is a testament to Thomas's dedication to academic excellence, and we couldn't be prouder. Congratulations!
