Up in Arms, a professional puppeteering company from the Hudson Valley, captivated young audiences at Marlboro Elementary School with two performances of the show “Helping Drew” on October 10.
The entertaining and educational musical featured a powerful anti-bullying message that was well-suited for students in Kindergarten through Grade 5. The interactive performances helped children recognize bullying and explore solutions that they could practice in their own lives.
Special thanks to the talented puppeteers, Chris Palmieri and David Manley, who stepped in front of the curtain at the conclusion of the show to teach students how they were able to bring the endearing characters to life on stage!
