• Welcome to Marlboro High School Chorus!  Chorus is a place for friends, hard workers, musicians, kindness, respect and a good time.  I firmly believe that as long as we are singing beautifully and everyone is putting in the effort, we will all reap the benefits.  We are our own school family and we welcome new members and returning members with open arms!  Singing and making music is a great opportunity to meet new people and develop your musicianship.   Our repertoire consists of a bit of everything, from pop to classical and all the styles in between.  Throughout the year, we have a number of performance at school and in the community.  If you have any questions about chorus, please ask!  We'd love for you to give it a try!

    Lesson Schedule and Procedure:

Lessons are on a 6 day cycle.  Each student is assigned a specific letter day to attend lessons (letter day assignments below).  Each student must attend one lesson a week on their assigned day.  If you are unable to attend one of the two available periods, you should attend the weekly makeup lesson.  Occasionally, an after school makeup lesson will be available.  Students should not rely on it as a replacement for all lessons, but rather a true makeup for a singular missed lesson (due to absence, test, trip, etc.)

    Lesson Assignments:
    A Day-  Chamber Soprano
    B Day- Chamber Alto
    C Day- Chamber Tenor
    D Day- Chamber Bass
