§         Remove existing modular classrooms.

§         Renovate classrooms to provide space for full day kindergarten.

§         New entranceway on lower level.

§         New elevator.

§         New exterior stairs - front and back.

§         Renovate classrooms, library/media center, kitchen, gymnasium, bathrooms, offices, storage, etc.

§         Replace windows and doors; upgrade or replace building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical; asbestos abatement; and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) code compliance issues.

§         Technology upgrades such as computer equipment and wiring, phone system, and security.

§         General building improvements, including lighting, painting, and window screens, etc.

§         Site work such as new bus loop and parent drop-off traffic pattern, new parking, relocation of play areas, sidewalks, drainage improvements, etc.
